Can't receive email

I have just updated to 6.0 on my iPhone 4S and now I can not update my email mailboxes. It just keeps searching and then says can not connect to server. It doesn't matter if it's on wifi or cellular data. Please help

Have you tried removing the email accounts and re-adding them?
