Why am I not able to upload screenshots to my google drive account?

I am not able to upload screenshots to my google drive account- I use to be able to. Can someone explain why to me?

A screenshot is just a photo so I don't know why you wouldn't be able to upload any. Try rebooting your device or logging out of your Google Drive and then logging back in, if applicable.

If that's happening with ALL of your screenshots then I don't know what to tell you. Maybe try renaming the file or change the extension to .png or something.
