How do I download iBooks from my phone to my computer?

My iBooks are taking up too much of my phone storage. I want to download them to my computer. I know very little about technology and cannot figure this out. When I connect my phone to my computer I can only see my photos and movies. I have already downloaded all of them and erased them from my iphone 6. In settings I can see that my ibooks are taking up a lot of storage.
