My phone number in the Contacts section, how do I access it?

My phone number in the "Contacts" section

When I'm in "my contacts" (all contacts), "my phone" number appears on top of the phone, however I cannot open that feature or click on it. My wife has the same phone and she can. How do I access?

If you touch your name it should go to your card, and then you can hit Edit in the upper-right corner.

It sounds like you haven't created a contact card for yourself. Tap the + in the upper right corner and enter your name and other info.
