You can't if the iCloud activation lock has been enabled. Otherwise, you can simply connect the device to your computer and then select restore via iTunes.

Connect it to your computer and factory restore it. But if find my phone is actually enable, you will be ask to enter your iCloud account credentials in order to activate the iPhone otherwise you will not be able to use the phone anymore until you enter those info.
