    Default Billing to account

    Has anyone here had any luck billing a iphone 5 to account?

    I have talked to a few CS on the phone and they say yes but when I went to do it in store they said no this is 1 thing I really hate about big red they need to get things stright

    The ability to BTA with Verizon depends on several factors... Bill to Account FAQs | Verizon Wireless explains it all quite well.

    Verizon has also implemented a 400.00 max purchase BTA rule as well.

    U won't be able to bill the 5 to your account until its off iconic release list and until they have steady stock of the device. Basically why I was told you couldn't by a few reps and managers is because its pretty much a preorder is how they're treating it. And u can't bill that type of order to your account.

    Both iPhone 5's we bought through Verizon were billed to our account. I got mine in early November and we ordered another last week. I guess it depends on your account standing, as it states in the rules on the website.
