BBM voice call not working.

Hi all,

I use BBM on my iOS device. When I make a call (microphone is on), it rings but the other caller does not receive my calls. Also, when the other caller tries to call me, I do not receive their calls either. I did uninstall the app and put it back again, but it is still not working. Previously, it was working properly. Any help please!

I've been experiencing the same issue since two days ago and it seems to also affecting Android devices, too as I also tried to call my friend from Android to Android devices... I'm thinking it could be their own server issue or something.
