how can I delete one individual from a group message

I have a group MMS for texting, one person doesn't want to receive these and wants to be deleted from text. How can I do that?

Are all the users iMessage users? If so, they can leave the conversation by pressing the "i" icon in the top right of the chat. From that screen they can select "Leave The Conversation".
