Changing Apple ID when enter new email hit continue it just turns

Need to change Apple ID I am to the part to add the new email after entering new email hitting continue it just turns

Go to the Apple ID website, sign in, then click Edit in the Account Section. Click Change Email Address, then follow the onscreen instructions.
If you forgot your Apple ID, go to appleID.apple.com, click “Forgot Apple ID or password?” then click “Forgot Apple ID?”
Make sure to update the features and services that require your Apple ID.
