My iphone 6S gets warm when in use

Sounds completely normal to me. I have the same and it gets warm occasionally when I'm doing several things at once. As long as it doesn't overheat it's fine. The iPhone will give you a warning and temporality suspend use of the device if it senses it's getting abnormally hot.
