How to get refund from itunes but cannot find them on my accounts?

Hi, I have 2 accounts on itunes - my recent bank debits have shown itune payments for 37 pounds. My daughter and I have not purchased anything. I cannot find anything on my accounts. I have had to change my visa debit card so no more debits come from my card. Please tell me how I can get refunds, many thanks Simon Brown
