How Can I Get iTunes to Recognize My iPhone?

I have an iphone 11 that I've had for several months now. After I first got it, I was able to get my itunes to recognize my iphone and get my music transferred, but I did it on an old laptop that no longer works. I have a desktop that my brother built for me, and on this computer my itunes doesn't appear to recognize my iphone. It's a windows 10.

I have tried different USB ports on my tower. I have gone to device manager and updated the drivers, but it says all my drivers are up to date. I've literally tried doing everything I've read about and I can't seem to figure out what to do and how to fix this.
