Can caller Identity change to no caller identity .without changing this in settings.

This happens when I have this person's number already stored on my phone.

Welcome to iMore! I'm not quite understanding what you're asking. Generally speaking, you will only see a phone number when receiving a call from someone not in your contacts unless you have an enhances caller ID service. If the phone number matches the phone number from one of your contacts, the contact's name should appear when you receive a call from them.

Is this not what is happening with your device?
