Question Display settings in Mac Mini

I have been using Mac Mini of 2014 along with a full HD Dell display. Recently, my son changed the display settings and now there is nothing on the display. Tell me how I can access the system settings when the Dell display doesn’t have any settings of its own.

No idea if the 2014 Mac mini has an hdmi port, but you could try connecting it to the tv.

If you go to the Mac's Display Settings you can add another display.
