What happens after you submit a claim for a lost phone, and later the phone is found and returned?

Am i required to inform the insurance Company if the phone is found after an insurance claim has already replaced the lost phone?

If you read the insurance contract, you should return the once lost, now found phone to the insurance company that provided you a replacement device. It's the legally correct thing to do... also ethically and morally correct.
