Help! Fed up with HP ( new printer)

So my wife and I are fed up with our HP office jet 6500 wireless printer. Need new printer that will support 4 iPhones, iPad, 2 iPad mini, Mac and PC. need printer, copy, scanner, do not really need fax. Please suggest best non HP air printer that does not cost an arm, leg and eyeball for printer ink. Need one that does not go into sleep mode and has to be reset every time you need to print.

Epson Stylus NX430. It's a wireless, AirPrint compatible Printer, Copier and Scanner. $50 give or take.

I have a Canon Pixma MX870 and it works great with all my devices. It's a few years old but I'm sure they have updated models. I paid about $60.
