Why is my iPhone5 not connecting to the server?

When I try to do an Internet seach I get a message that says Safari can't open this page because the server can not be found. I notice the phone buffers before the message appears. This happens at home and at work

First I would reset the device if tiy haven't done that.
If it continues I would reset network settings.
