Why don't I see my phone number when I turn on iMessage?

why when i try to turn on imessage i dont see my phone number when i see my emails?

dear sir plz help me
i got an iphone 6 plus with ios 8.1.1 and now i put my sim from my iphone 4s to this and when i tried to turn on imessage and facetime i see my emails but not my phone number, and it is saying waiting for activation but in fact it is not getting active, and i did network reset, i did automatcally time zone, i did setting reset, i did airplane mode and i tried to turn on from cellular data and as well from wifi and nothing worked, plz help me how to do it. like it is not activating.
