It can't be used on any carrier; only gsm carriers. Unlocked Verizon iPhone can work on T-Mobile but not the other way around.

To expand upon that "No"... It's because of the legacy CDMA network requirements Verizon has... And Verizon does not activate devices that were not specifically OEMed for use on Verizon's network as a matter of policy... It's probably technologically fesable... Verizon just does things they way they do.
