Can I reset my iPad Air back to factory settings?

Set up new IPad air yesterday now wish to go back to start as errors have occurred

I seem to not have entered the correct email address which I wish to use to send and receive mail have tried to change this without success. Can I go back and start again from scratch???

You should be able to go into e mail in the settings app click on the account you have set up and hit delete
