I have a new email address how do I change my iCloud account from my old email address?

Go to Settings - iCloud, and then scroll to the bottom and select "delete Account". Afterwards, reconfigure your iCloud email with the new information. If iMessages, FaceTime, and the iTunes/App Store will be using the new information, sign out of them as well and then sign back in with the new info.
