Viber not working in Iphone 5 since update

I have recently installed the newest IOS and I seem to have problems with viber I can not hear or answer the calls like previously I have the update Viber but still have a problem what should I do. I am very disappointed as I cannot receive my calls. please help

Have you done a hard reset?

Also have you checked their website help forums to see if there are anyone else with the same problems?
