algebra and math problems

My student cannot write her algebra and math problems legibly. How can she use her iPad efficiently to type out her problems and show her work?

I'm not sure if an iPad is the best idea for math homework BUT there are some good apps out there.....

Have your student type it out in the notes application, maybe that'll work. It'll also keep anyone from having to spend money, but if that's not good enough, you can purchase pages in the App Store.
