Can you change your region on your iPhone to the US? That is supposed to enable the ECG. Then you can change it back.

First thing I tried.
It’s using Location Services to see where you are.
Apparently, at least for now, according to this silly limitation, only Americans are prone to AFib.

I don't live in america but i have my region set to usa so i have the feature

That’s odd. Didn’t work for me. I’ll give it another try some other time.

Edit: come to think of it, I only changed region on my iPhone and not on the watch itself. I’ll let you guys know when I get around trying it out.

Apple is tryin got get approval in other areas of the world to offer the AFIB and ECG features. This takes time and different countries require different levels of experimental data.
