Can’t Update because “not connected to the internet”

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Watch and phone sync fine, my phone is definitely connected to the internet and the watch is connected to WiFi...

iPhoneX / watch series 2

I believe the last update I was able to do was watchOS 5 if I’m not mistaken.

Restart both the phone and the watch and see if that fixes it.

watchOS 5 is currently in developer beta. Are you on the beta or the current stable, shipping release? (You can see watchOS version in the Watch app, General, About - look at "Version".

Beta, I’m in the dev program.

Will try the restart!

Version is: 5.0 (16R5340g)

Hard reboot did the trick! Now on watchOS 5 (beta 9) and everything is syncing properly!
