Why won't my Game Center connect to anything

When I try to play certain games, it won't let me in the game because it's not connecting to Game Center and when when I try to get on the Game Center app it freezes and I have to get off everything

I don't know, but are you signed in to Game Center? is your device connected to the internet? Have you tried rebooting your device?
