Why will my iPhone 6s Plus not Power on?

I have tried leaving it overnight, cleaning out the port. I connected it to iTunes on my computer and it is not recognized and it does not come up on my computer. I have also tried doing the 2 home button and power button combinations with no luck. Any one else have this problem? Also any advice before i send it in for repair? I see no water damage and there is no physical damage.

You seemed to have done everything that needs to be done. With that in mind, I recommend you make a genius bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store. You may need a new battery, but I can't say for certain. They'll be abe to tell you what the problem is.

As D said make a Genius Bar appointment. Could be your battery and currently  is only charging $29 for new battery replacements.
