Why is there a delay on my Wacom Intuos P S brushstroke?

Whenever I make a brushstroke in my art program "[redacted]", there's a little delay in the brushstroke that makes it only draw half of the line I originally wanted to draw. How can I fix this? (Also note that when I open up the Wacom Desktop Center, it says that my Intuos P S is connected, and I just updated my driver yesterday.)

I use to have a Wacom Tablet many moons ago when I did pixel artwork and web design, but they were getting too expensive to upgrade. As D suggested it's best if you contact the software developer of the art program you are using.
