why is my auto lock grey

I tried to turn off my low power mode but it didn't work, and I tried the restitctions and that didn't work either. I have update to the ios9

What do you mean it didn't work? what happened? usually you can do that manually, otherwise your auto-lock will stay grayed out and set to 30 secs automatically.

Can you show a picture, maybe?

Go to Settings > Battery > Toggle Low Power Mode off.
