why isn't my Apple watch 1.0.1 pairing with my iPhone 6 plus iOS 8.4?

Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and reboot both the watch and the phone then try pairing again.

I agree with the answer given. At the very list please go through the entire pairing process from scratch again as new.
