Why has my Iphine 5s lost screen color

My iphone 5s screen has reverted to black & white. It lost colors. How di I get them back?

Check under Settings>> General>> Accessibility>> see if grayscale is turned on... otherwise, you may have a hardware issue that needs professional diagnosis.
