Why do I only get some emails on my iPhone using hotmail?

I seem to get most emails on my iPhone 6 using hotmail as my main email. However there is a specific group I don't receive emails from. It's a school district. If I use the search bar at the top of the folder I will see their emails but otherwise they are in email limbo. They don't appear in my junk folder or inbox. Help!

It's a hotmail thing... go to their support site and make sure you're following their directions to make their service work as desired n your device.
