I've had a few too - on iPad and iPhone since installing the 8.3 beta... I just sign in...

I had this problem and read that it's related to the iCloud backup. I deleted the iCloud backup on my phone in iCloud/Storage/Manage Storage/My iPhone (This iPhone) then Delete Backup. This deletes and disables the backup feature. I then went back to iCloud/Backup and turned on iCloud Backup then clicked the Back Up Now option to force a backup. It stopped asking me to log in after that.
