Why cant i download snapchat

I dealeted snapchat by mistake. And I can't download it again, I have tried to delete apps and I have upgraded my phone to iPhone 6 iOS 10,3 and I've tried everything, but ever time I try to download snap it doesn't work, I'm just coming to the cloud button. Please help me, I don't have friends irl
