Where can I find app news for ios 10 ? Is it limited available only for few countries ?

Yeah, it's only in the USA (and canada i think?) Only very few countries have it still.

I Solved it with changing the region setting to USA. Can anyone tell me what's the different using USA region setting compare to other countries ? Will it effect to app store, itunes store, icloud or apple music ? Will my ipad and macbook still connected (with same icloud or appleid) if I set to different region among these devices ?

I did that a long time ago and it only affected the weather (showing wind in mph now) and that's pretty much it.

Yeah, I meant the default one. I can still choose between C° and F° but not between mph and km/h.
