where do i get ios 8 download to download on my iphone 3 mobile phone to update it?

i need to get ios 8 software so i can download it onto my iphone 3 so it is updated because some of the apps and games i want need it to be able to run on my iphone 3 mobile phone. Also is it even possible to do this in the first place?

iOS 8 is not available for that device.

The highest iOS version for iPhone 3G is iOS 4.2. The highest for iPhone 3GS is iOS 6.1.6.
