Where did my APP store go on my iPad 2?

App Store disappeared from my iPad 2. After multiple attempts to unlock restrictions and hard reset and multiple Apple store visits, I downloaded iOS 7 and still.... Nothing. I bought an audiobook and it went through as a download but it is not in my purchases or on my bookshelf.

​What did they say at the Apple store? I would think that at this point they would replace your iPad.

Yes and if they don't offer you a new ipad, say that your ipad is pretty much pointless without the features and it's not your fault!
