Where can I find the artistic feature that was on iPad iPhoto's IOS7 app?

One of the features I loved on the iPad app 'iPhoto' was the action where you could turn a photo into a mutiple segment representation. It highlighted the contrasts nicely and broke down the color tonal areas.
This is not available on the photos app in IOS8.
Where can I find this feature? Is there another simple app that does this?

It's there, just reworked. Hit Edit and the little wand. It opens the options.
