whatsapp transfer from Iphone 5 to Iphone 6S

I have the following situation:

Currently, I have Iphone 5 with telephone number A and I have Whstapp app installed (appleID for this phone = B). I received a new Iphone6S from work with telephone number C without whatsapp (appleID for this phone = D).

What steps should I follow if I want to have whatsapp installed in Iphone6S with all the chat messages including videos from my old Iphone 5. I cannot change the new number on the new phone and cannot change appleID on the new phone (D). I have different appleID so I am not sure if iCloud backup can help.
