WhatsApp says it won't delete accounts that don't accept privacy changes

WhatsApp has confirmed that it no longer plans to delete accounts that don't sign up for its controversial privacy changes. A previous deadline of May 15 was given, but now WhatsApp says that it will instead provide persistent reminders to users who could also see limited account functionality.
