What features would make you upgrade if you're on the fence?

There is nothing coming out this year that will make me upgrade. I am completely happy with the X and not since the HTC M7 have I wanted to keep a phone for over a year. I won't be upgrading until maybe fall 2019 and who knows, maybe I can even make it to 2020.
