What does the rustling leaves and grass mean?

When I walk around, I see rustling leaves and grass on some areas and I don't know what it means and when I walk near it, nothing happens

I always mow the leaves with my lawnmower. Beats raking them up.

Nothing should happen when you walk near leaves.
