I resynced my watch data using the option in settings and this fixed the contacts and dark sky issues

Anyway, Dark Sky still not working.
The names of my contacts were not synced and dark sky wasn't working. Resyncing the watch data fixed both for me and some others - sorry it did not fix dark sky for you.
Surprisingly, the update went rather quickly, in my opinion.
