Visual Voicemail not working

I have AT&T and I'm not getting visual voicemail. Can anyone help me out?

I always have to call in the old way the first time I use VM on a new or restored iPhone and then it works. Also when you call AT&T via 611 one of the menu choices is voicemail help.

Mine wasnt working either, so I took it to an At&t store and they reset my settings on their end and it started working again.
