My iPhone 11 Pro’s one-year old battery is already at 84% health, and lasts 5-6 hours on a single charge.

It used to last 10-12 hours just 2 months ago 😥

Pretty weird. My iPhone 14 Pro still stands at 98%. I’ll take it from the charger at 6.30am and put it on the charger at 11pm again. And at that time it still has a 20-30% charge left.

@flappah , @Just_Me_D : Are the two of you using a wireless charger (Qi, MagSafe)? Or some form of wired charging (5W, 20W, other)?

In my case, it’s a wireless Qi charger. And I think that could be the reason for the quick degradation for the battery.

My iPhone 14 Pro Max (9 months old) is still at 100% battery health and both of my kids’ iPhone 14 Plus (9 months old) are still at 100% battery health too.

I use a 5W charging block to charge overnight. When I had an iPhone 12 Pro (I believe) my battery health degraded a bit from what I suspect was the wireless charger I was using at the time.
