Do usage details only show when iPhone is charged to 100%? Usage and standby details.

Yeah I noticed nothing lately for this.

I think I figured it out actually. I have it turned off most of the day at work. I think it'll only calculate usage details while it's left on after a full charge. Once turned off it resets and won't start calculating again till fully charged. If anybody else has different insight please share.
