Does anyone know of a twitter app that sends you push notifications if an individual friend on twitter tweets at you, about you or just tweets in general

Twitter for iPhone offers push notification (not sure how well it actually works).
Boxcar offers push notification for twitter (as well as mail and a multitude of other things).
