I have a cracked iPhone 6, so I received my replacement iPhone 6, I understand the steps to move your information from one iPhone to another, my question is can this be done with only one sim card?

If you don't have an awesome Cloud account, backup your data to a computer us by the computer's iTunes app, and then connect your replacement iPhone to that same computer and restore the backup you made via the same iTunes app on that computer.
