They both work great. Fullscreen for safari will remove the top and the bottom bar that you see giving you a larger viewing area. Double tap the screen to get out of fullscreen mode. You don't really need Pull to refresh, however this will allow you to refresh your screen without going out of Fullscreen mode. All you do is slide your finger all the way down your screen until you see the up arrow, then take your finger off the screen and it will refresh the page that you are on in Safari.

I've always found fullscreen for safari to be buggy on my iPhone4.

odd.. i've had 0 issues with FullScreen for Safari

Barrel is a must have. Allows you to change the way you page through your springboard. I also like masks and sb rotator.
