Take to Wake - Screen Edges

Anyone else have the situation that if you tap around the edges of the screen that the “tap to wake” doesn’t wake up the screen?

Seems like anywhere around the 1/4” of the edge of the screen it doesn’t seem to come alive, doesn’t matter how hard I tap.

Would love to hear what others are experiencing.

Yes, I just tried; that looks like what my phone does as well. When I tap to wake, I always tap somewhere close to the midline of the display, so I'm not bothered by this.

I’m not really bothered either, I just happened to notice this and I wanted to see if other experience it or if this was a potential issue.

It sounds like it's false touch area. The safety border from accidentally clicking on things with your palms.

Guess I've never really tapped in that area. I normally tap near the center of the screen.
